Colleyville, Texas February 18, 2016
A 68 year old male driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into Hall’s Grocery at Glade and Hwy 121 tonight around 8:45 pm. The male driver was taken into custody by the Colleyville Police, however as of tonight no charges had been filed, however Police told LNO they suspect alcohol was a factor in the accident.
Injured in the incident were two females who were shopping in the store. One was airlifted to Parkland Hospital in critical condition, while the 2nd believed to be in good condition was taken by ground to HEB hospital.
The critical victim was trapped for some time pinned beneath the car and rubble. Colleyville Police are expected to release more information on Friday concerning any charges and an update on the condition of the injured.
