LNO has received confirmed reports that Damian Merrick has been arrested again and charged with two additional charges.
Latest information from the 371st District Court is the Arrest Warrants pertain to charges already made against Merrick. However, as a spokesman told LNO, “apparently the court felt that additional action needed to be taken, either expanding the charge information and/or, which is now apparent, changing Merrick’s Bonding arrangements”. The last heard is he is currently being held on NO BOND.
