A Colleyville man was arrested in Johnson County for the online solicitation of a minor for sex. James Clinton Hice, along with 15 other men, was arrested in Burleson on July 14, 2015 in a sting operation conducted by Johnson County law officials and the Texas State Attorney General’s office. Records show that when Hice was arrested he had a copy of the correspondence email to an individual he thought was 14 years old. His arrest report lists excerpts from his online conversation (note language is graphic) Hice_Arrest_Report.
Hice listed his home address at 5308 Coventry Ct. in Colleyville’s Chelsea Park neighborhood. TAD shows the property owned by West and Lori Soward of York Drive in Colleyville.
On the arrest report, Hice listed his Employer as McCusker Holding Corporation and his position as “Lawyer.” Apparently until the Hice arrest he was listed as follows “James Hice serves as the General Counsel and Risk Manager for McCusker Holding Corp”. Under Emergency Contact Hice listed Susan Naeve and relationship as “Fiancée.” Naeve is listed as the Vice President of Legal & Human Resources at McCusker & Company a McCusker Holding Corp Company on the company’s website.
Susan Naeve
The McCusker website lists various press releases, one dated today, July 21, 2015, as the announcement of Naeve joining the company. Susan Naeve Press Announcement
The Colleyville connection gets more interesting, noting on the McCusker web site the following, “…as the Chief Executive Officer and”visionary for the firm that carries his name, Will T. McCusker is listed as the Chief Executive Officer.”

James Hice
Hice had previously been listed as “General Counsel” for McCusker; however, the Membership Department of the Texas Bar Association shows no record of Hice legally able to practice law in Texas. LNO has been unable to ascertain that Hice has been licensed in any of the past states that are listed on his long record of brushes with the law. In 2011 Hice was arrested in Harrison County Mississippi for Felony Bad Check James Clinton Hice was booked in Harrison County
However James Hice has had multiple brushes with the law, including in Cedar Hill, Texas where at last check a Felony Warrant appeared to still be outstanding and the last available records listed Hice as a “Fugitive.” Records also show Hice was arrested multiples times in North Carolina for, No Operators License, Arraigned on Felony Larceny, Arraigned on Embezzlement, as well as multiple “Criminal/Traffic arrests.

The following comment was offered by Jennifer Fadden, Colleyville City Manager:
Thank you for your email. I can confirm that Mr. McCusker and his family are tenants in a property owned by my husband and me. I have spoken with Colleyville PD and confirmed that he was arrested for DWI last week. That charge will be dealt with through the legal system.
In reference to the rest of your email, as the mother of two young children, I have zero tolerance for anyone guilty of harming a child. As far as I am aware, Mr. McCusker has not been involved with the charges in the Johnson County case. One of his employees, James Hice, has been charged and Mr. McCusker has informed us that the man is no longer an employee of his company.
I hope this provides you with the information you requested.

A bad month indeed for McCusker Holdings. The CEO and the “General Counsel” arrested. Ms. Naeve may be quite busy in her new management role, and perhaps also making wedding plans with her “fiance”, although maybe this was wishful thinking of Mr. Hice. Would judge from the pictures these men have been feeling considerable stress. Nice offices, though.
