Damian Merrick, the Volleyball Club owner that was charged with drugging and sexually assaulting a minor had a court appearance last week in the 371st District Court.
The court ruled that Merrick must wear a GPS tracking device and must stay at least 1000 ft distance from anywhere that children congregate.
He was also told he could not leave Tarrant County. When ask, Merrick responded to the court that he did not have a passport.
