Help us honor Keller’s Hometown Heroes !
Veterans Day is a time to recognize all who have served our country, but this year, we want to make it even more personal by honoring the veterans who call Keller “home.”
We’re inviting residents to help us recognize our very own Hometown Heroes by submitting a photo of a Keller veteran who is special to them. It could be a parent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, friend, or neighbor — someone whose service deserves to be recognized.
On Veterans Day (Wednesday, Nov. 11), we’ll feature your submissions right here on the City of Keller’s social media pages, giving our community the opportunity to recognize and celebrate these local heroes.
To participate, submit a photo along with your veteran’s name, branch of service, rank, years served, and your relationship to them at www.cityofkeller.com/heroes.
It’s our small way of putting faces to the service and sacrifice represented right here in our hometown and saying something that can never be said enough: “Thank you for your service.”
