BURN BAN RESCINDED The City of Keller’s burn ban issued on August 26, 2026, has been rescinded. The Keller Fire Marshal’s Office responded to 3 outdoor burning violations during the span of the burn ban.
Recreational fires, including fire pits, may resume in accordance with applicable City regulations. Please use clean, seasoned firewood or an approved fuel, keep a water source nearby, and never leave a fire unattended.
A reminder: Some outdoor burning remains prohibited in Keller, even when a burn ban is not in effect. This includes burning:
Leaves and grass clippings Brush, branches, and tree trimmings Yard debris Household trash and other wasteThank you for doing your part to keep our community safe!
