Former Councilman Terry Barker was one of the six men who were killed tragically in the midair collision on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Wings Over Dallas airshow. He was an Army veteran and had retired from American Airlines. Mr. Barker served on the Keller P&Z Commission from 1996-1999 and served two terms on the Keller City Council 1999-2003.
Mr. Barker’s Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at White’s Chapel
United Methodist Church – 185 S. White Chapel Blvd. in Southlake at 1:00 PM.
There will be an outside vigil in his honor on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 6:00 PM, to the east of Keller Town Hall near the Field of Honor, with plans to move inside should it rain.
Others who lost their lives in this tragic accident were Craig Hutain, Keven Michels, Dan Ragan, Len Root, and Curt Rowe.
