LNO has now learned that Judge Mollee Westfall apparently spoke the hospital concerning the juror that was said to have Viral Meningitis. The latest word is that the judge was told by the hospital that the individual “would not get better anytime soon.” As such, Judge Westfall declared the ill juror to be “disabled” and has called the jury back with the 11 jurors remaining on Wednesday at 9 am to complete the punishment recommendations.
