The “Star Patrol” of the Grapevine/Colleyville Education Foundation Awards Funds to Local Schools.
The Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation “Star” Grant Patrol awarded funds for 38 Grapevine-Colleyville ISD projects totaling $125,515, on Friday, December 2. In an atmosphere of excitement with drummers and oversized checks, teachers were surprised in their classrooms and proclaimed winners by Foundation Elves.

The Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation was created to support the educational programs of the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District. The Foundation provides funds beyond the normal operating budget for educational programs and activities for students and staff. Foundation funds are used to facilitate student achievement and skill development, recognize and encourage staff excellence and expand community involvement from individuals, businesses and civic organizations.
The Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public corporation operating independently under a board of directors serving without compensation. The Foundation invites members of the community to make a contribution to support and enhance the quality education our children receive.
