The Colleyville Heritage Panthers (9-3) beat the Justin Northwest Texans (10-2) 31-13 in the 5A Division I Area game played Friday, Nov. 18 at the Ford Center (Cowboys Star Complex) in Frisco. This was the Panthers first area championship since 2006 and they advance to play the Lubbock Coronado Mustangs (11-1) at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26 at Shotwell Stadium in Abilene.
