Officer James Fleming was raised in Tampa, Florida and moved to Texas in May 2014. Officer Fleming joined the Colleyville Police Department in October of 2014. Officer Fleming enjoys CrossFit and spending time with his wife and two children at home.

Arrested on Oct. 3, 2016 at 1:43 AM by Officer P. Starrett at 5120 Hwy 121 and Charged with;
Public Intoxication, Bond set at $285.
Arrested on Sept 30, 2016 at 9:01 PM by officer C. Self at 3800 Willow Creek in Bedford and Charged with;
Driving While Intoxicated, Bond set at $1,000.
Arrested on Oct 2, 2016 at 2:44 AM by Officer Kyle Meeks at 450 Colleyville Blvd and Charged with;

Arrested on Sept 30, 2016 at 4:47 PM by Officer J. Campbell on Cheek-Sparger Rd and Glendale Dr. and Charged with:
1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Remarks inlcude Interlock Order Bond set at $2,500.
2.) On a Ft. Worth PD Warrant for Speeding.
3.) On a Fort Worth PD Warrant for No seat belt,
4.) On an additional Ft. Worth PD Warrant for No seat belt.
5.0 On a Ft. Worth PD Warrant for Speeding,…Total Bond set at $3369.60
