The Grapevine Lady Mustangs (16-6-3) topped the Burleson Centennial Spartans (16-4-4) in a second round Area playoff game played at Pennington Stadium in Bedford on April 1. The final score was Mustangs 3 Spartans 0. The victory was the 300th for Grapevine coach Steve McBride.
