ANDREW WYATT MILLER, 21, white male of 2109 Lookout Trail in Hurst, TX. Colleyville PD – DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Arrested at 2500 Hurstview Drive in Hurst at 1:28 AM on 3/04/16 by Officer Joseph Campbell. Miller listed his occupation as Self Employed. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 1:28 AM on 3/04/16. Not arraigned at press time.

ALISHA ANNE BULLER, 22, black female (pob England) of 7225 Buttonwood Drive in Fort Worth, TX. Colleyville PD – DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Arrested at 2500 Hurstview Drive in Hurst at 1:23 AM on 3/04/16 by Officer Joseph Campbell. Buller listed her occupation as Laborer for Eazy Smoke Shop. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 1:22 AM on 3/04/16. Not arraigned at press time.

DAVID JAMES THOMPSON, 37, white male (pob England) of 1113 Garry Lynne Drive in Colleyville, TX. Colleyville PD – DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Arrested at 4400 Colleyville Boulevard at 2:48 AM on 3/03/16 by Officer Joseph Campbell. Thompson listed his occupation as Risk Manager for OCC. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 2:58 AM on 3/03/16. County Cash Bond of $1,000; released on 3/03/16.

KEVIN NEIL TUCKER, 53, white male of 5600 Straightaway Drive in Haltom City, TX. Colleyville PD – Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1<1G (State Jail Felony), Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3<28 G (Class A Misdemeanor), Driving While License Invalid. Arrested at 500 Glade Road at 7:21 PM on 3/02/16 by Officer C. Eustace. Tucker listed his occupation as Remodeling/Construction for Rick Quick. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 7:29 PM on 3/02/16. Arraigned, not released at press time.

MITCHELL TAYLOR TREW, 30, white male of 3605 Jeanette Drive in Fort Worth, TX. Colleyville PD-DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2nd. Arrested at McDonalds in Hurst at 2:13 AM on 2/28/16 by Officer Joseph Campbell. Trew listed his occupation as Recruiter for Staffing Wise. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 2:39 AM on 2/28/16. County Cash Bond of $1,500; released on 2/28/16.

BENJAMIN PERRY VINES, 29, white male of 3403 Excalibur Court in Richardson, TX. Colleyville PD – Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1<1G (State Jail Felony). Arrested at 4904 Colleyville Boulevard at the Walmart at 12:31 AM on 2/27/16 by Officer C. Eustace. Vines listed his occupation as Self Employed. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 12:32 AM on 2/27/16. Released Per Holding Agency on 2/27/16. Remarks on Inmate Booking Report: “No PC Per Judge Evans”.

PATRICIA ANN STALLO, 29, white female of 6212 Burnham Circle in Colleyville, TX. Colleyville PD – Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1<1G (State Jail Felony). Arrested at 4904 Colleyville Boulevard at the Walmart at 12:21 AM on 2/27/16 by Cpl. Raymon Cannon. Stallo listed her occupation as Unemployed. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 12:37 AM on 2/27/16. Released Per Holding Agency on 2/27/16.

FERMIN MEDELLIN JR., 45, Hispanic male of 3011 W. Loraine in Fort Worth, TX. Colleyville PD-DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2nd. Arrested at McPherson Park 240 McDonwell School Road West at 8:47 PM on 2/26/16 by Officer Elias Olivarez. Medellin listed his occupation as Self Employed Plumber. Transported and booked into the Keller Jail at 9:10 PM on 2/26/16. County Cash Bond of $1,500; released on 2/27/16. Remarks on Inmate Booking Report: “**INTERLOCK ORDER**”.

CRIME REPORTED

3/01/16 Burglary of a Habitation by forced entry (daytime) at 5912 Quails Path in Briarwood. Officer Charles Self was advised by the resident, Kenneth James Kieweg that sometime between 12:30 PM and 4:17 PM his Lenovo laptop (n/a) had been stolen. Detective Jeremiah Filion is following up the burglary.

2/26/16 Burglary of a Vehicle, not by forced entry at 5401 Heritage Avenue at Colleyville Heritage High School. Officer Joseph Campbell was advised by the victim, Osvaldo Ernesto Hurtado Pereda of Grapevine that his 2007 black Cadillac Escalade had been broken into sometime between 10:06 AM and 11:51 AM. Unknown suspect(s) broke the back hatch window latch ($200) to gain entry and then stole from the back of the Escalade, the black leather foldable seat ($700) and black Chill Audio 13″ subwoofer ($700). Detective Kevin Maddux is following up the BMV.

2/25/16 – 3/03/16 Criminal Mischief Between $100<$750 at 3209 Eaton Circle in Woodland Hills. Officer John Arenz was advised by the victim, Suzan Vaughan Dennis about the incident. No further details were provided on the Colleyville Police Department report, nor was a CID officer listed.
