The North Texas Mean Green basketball team (8-14, 3-6 Conference USA) defeated the Southern Mississippi Eagles (7-14, 4-5 Conference USA) 70-54 Thursday, Feb. 4 in a conference game at the Super Pit on the campus of North Texas.
