Colleyville Restaurants Continuing to Grow as Lunch Business is Spiking due to new Businesses/Offices in the City

Stewart Scothorn and The Benefit Link purchased the 13,000 square foot office building at 6209 Colleyville Boulevard where
they relocated their corporate headquarters.

The company has 35 employees with plans to expand to to 50 employees by the end of 2016. The Benefit Link independently and objectively advises individuals, groups, and seniors who need to acquire healthcare and life insurance coverage. The Benefit Link has over 20 years of serving clients in all 50 states with the goal to eliminate what can be a confusing and overwhelming experience. English Realty, LLC handled the real estate negotiations.

The newly constructed Taco Bell at 8170 Precinct Line Road, Teriyaki Madness in the Colleyville Stampede shopping center, 4712 Colleyville Boulevard, and Black Walnut Cafe in the newly
constructed store at 1205 Church Street, behind Life Time Fitness are also arriving in early 2016.

Taco Bell is scheduled to open on January 18, Teriyaki Madness is scheduled to open on January 20, and Black Walnut Cafe has planned an opening date of February 4.

Liberty Tax Service, the fastest-growing tax service in the industry is opening a Colleyville location at 3930 Glade Road a Grand Opening celebration on January 9th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.weekdays and on weekends during tax season.

The office is owned and operated by Michael and Yvette Green. Michael is a CPA and has resided in the Metroplex since 1997. “We are excited to be expanding in Colleyville,” said John Hewitt, CEO and founder of Liberty Tax Service. The new Liberty Tax Service office will employ numerous tax preparers, marketers, and other office staff for the tax season.
