The Damian Merrick Story Continued Today ….New $120,000 Bond Set

Damian Merrick was back in the court room today where a new bond was set on the Three Tarrant County Charges related to sexual assault of a minor, as well as the delivery of marijuana to a minor.  If he makes bond he will still have to wear the GPS according to the terms of the bond.  Of course, if he makes bond there is still three similar charges in Grandbury and he would likely be released to the Hood County Sheriff’s Department to be booked in and Jailed there.  Of course, then Hood County would have to make a decision, or not, to grant Merrick Bond.
