Crimes Reported
11/26/15 Burglary of a Habitation at 4208 Allendale Street in Brighton Oaks. Officer Joseph Campbell was advised by the victims, Rodney and Shirley Wernicke that sometime between 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM, a double paned window on their residence had been forcibly broken ($500) out. Once entry had been made, the suspect(s) took a gray pillowcase ($10), a ring with a large opal with small opals around the band ($800), 14kt gold engagement ring with an emerald cut natural ruby ($6,575), a gold necklaces slide ($250), a gold necklace slide with 6 diamonds ($400), gold engraved button earrings ($600), pair of gold earrings with 3 gold links on each ($3,000), 18″ gold horseshoe choker necklace ($2,950), and a gold charm bracelet with 6 charms ($750). Detective Kevin Maddux is following up the burglary investigation.
11/25/15 Theft Under $50 at 6606 Connie Lane in Ross Downs Estates. Cpl. Patrick Starrett was advised by the homeowner, Jennifer Gayle Wallace, that a 6′ blow up Thanksgiving yard turkey ($50) had been stolen. Detective Sgt. Gregory Prewitt was following up the theft.
11/24/15 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle at 3701 Cliffwood Drive in Woodbriar Estates West. Officer Charles Self was advised at 11:49 AM by the victim, Jamie Deanna Lake, that her black iPad DP ($573.71) in a black/white striped Kate Spade case ($150) had been stolen. 11/24/15 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Burglary of a Habitation at 517 Woodbriar Lane in Woodbriar Estates. Officer Andrew Bray was advised at 8:41 PM by the victims, Alan and Barbara Clements about their 2005 Toyota Tacoma burglary.
