The annual Veterans Day Parade and Fair was held Saturday, November 7, 2015, on Main Street in Grapevine, Texas. Many veterans’ organizations had booths and tables set up with information and were available to answer questions. The Honorable Kenny Marchant, Congressman for the congressional district that includes Grapevine, was there to welcome those attending the parade and fair. Part of the Congressman’s program included the presentation of awards and medals to two Vietnam War veterans who had not received their medals before leaving active duty some 47+ years ago.
