No one will ever convince me that Coplen’s intention was anything other than to make those who oppose the City’s plans uncomfortable. Anyone thinks twice about being photographed without their consent and for unknown purposes. This skullduggery is unethical and down right trashy. Isn’t it also illegal? If not it should be.
