I was also an election judge that day at the Mormon Church on McDonwell School Road. Nancy came in to tell me that a young man was handing out literature within the 100 ft distance and that I should go and talk with him. I went out with the measuring tape to find him sitting in a chair far outside of the 100 ft mark. I measured the distance and marked it. He was able to move quite a bit closer to the doors. He claimed he was aware of the distance rule and had been following it. I have no idea what happened before I went outside. Both the young man and Nancy told me that she had taken photos of him.
