As North Texas Mean Green prepared to meet the SMU Mustangs at Ford Stadium in Dallas on Saturday, September 12, former President George Bush was present at the pre-game activities which included player warm ups, performances by the Mean Green Brigade and SMU bands, and the presentation of the Colors. George Bush, along with Laura Bush, participated during the coin toss at the 50-yard line.
