5/23/15 Burglary of a Habitation at 5400 Juniper Court in Arbor Estates. Officer Nicolas Garcia was advised at 9:00 PM by Michael David Elton and Kay Elton that the residence had been burglarized. 5/22/15 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle by forced entry at 7207 Brooke Drive in Timarron-Cascades At Timarron. Officer Charles Self was advised at 6:21 PM by Samuel Christian Ingraham, 21, that his vehicle had been broken into and the Smart Start Interlock Device was stolen (n/a) along with 50 CDs in a foldable case (n/a), Rayban sunglasses ($120), and a Garmin GPS device ($75). 4/15/15 – 5/21/15 Criminal Mischief at 2900 Cottonwood Lane in Summertree. Officer Edson Espinoza was advised by the victim, Thomas Earl Chapman, that the Payne Heating & Cooling air conditioner compressor had been damaged ($1,430) on the residence.
